ACCOMODATION
The Venue for this year’s event is the Hotel Scandic Lerkendal.
It’s a very nice hotel that opened in 2014, with excellent space for a World Championship.
NOTE! Hotel should be done by July 17th to make sure there are enough rooms.
After that date the general reservation will expire and others may book the rest of the roooms.
We are happy to highlight our excelent rate on the quadruple rooms (4 pax) at only NOK 1221 NOK (appr. €130),
including a luxurious and wholesome Norwegian breakfast buffet with hot and cold plates. A bargain!
This is only NOK 305 (~ €32) per person per night.

Arriving Wednesday
If you are planning on arriving on Wednesday August 29th, the Hotel Scandic Lerkendal is booked for a private event.

HOW TO GET THERE
Air
Air companies flying in to Trondheim are mainly SAS, Norwegian, KLM and Widerøe.
For flight booking we suggest checking out online booking sites like:
Airport bus
Two dedicated airport buses travel to Trondheim city centre from Trondheim Airport.
The buses will drive you to Lerkendal on request so please remember to notify the bus driver were you are going
The grey bus is called the Værnes Express (time table in English). It stops at the hotel and takes about 50 minutes.
The Airport bus (flybussen.no) stops at Sorgenfriveien and takes about 55 minutes. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from this bus stop.
Price for the bus fare with the airport bus one way is 130 NOK (appr.€14), return ticket 220 NOK (appr. €23).
Note: If your team is travelling together as a group you may contact us for help with organizing transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Train
Local trains from Steinkjer take 62 minutes to travel to Lerkendal. See www.nsb.no for timetables; the information board at the airport also displays train times.
